Tasting comment:
Beautiful balance on the palate, it is a wine with aromas of ripe red fruits, with a good structure, silky tannins, full-bodied and spicy, slightly peppery thanks to the aging in barrels of 10 months.
Wine-food pairings:
Ideal for a picnic, smoked cold cuts, grilled red meat, game, or a good Camembert.
It is the only red grape variety in Alsace it can produce fresh and light rosés or fruity reds.
