Alsace Méli Mélo is a balanced and gastronomic wine. Carole and Rémy wanted to offer a wine harmoniously balanced between the three Pinot grape varieties.

Easy to drink, light, it will accompany according to the seasons as well a picnic, aperitifs, barbecues, or aperitif dinners.
The grape variety
The Pinot family offers a very varied range of aromas and fragrances, light, full-bodied, fresh and fruity. The Pinot blanc brings all the lightness and freshness, the Pinot gris, the fruity and persistent aromas, as well as a good frame in the mouth. Finally, Pinot Noir gives the wine breadth and depth with a pretty copper hue.
