White wine, fruity, more aromatic and round, we find the aromas of roses and ripe fruits, intense on the nose and in the mouth.

Ideal as an aperitif or with Foie Gras, strong cheeses such as Munster or Roquefort, and for dessert.

It is planted on the best plots in Gewurztraminer of the municipalities of Goxwiller and Bourgheim. It is a heavy clay-limestone terroir facing South-East, which gives it a particularly rich and intense character.
