The grape variety:
It is a grape variety native to the Rhine Valley in the Rheingau. It is one of the noble grape varieties of Alsace. From overmatured grapes, the aromas and sugar will concentrate and give birth to the late harvest.
The late harvest is an approval it is only after two years of elaboration and maturation in the cellar that it can claim approval.
