The Gewurztraminer Selection of Noble Grains was harvested on a beautiful autumn afternoon when the sun and freshness realized their work, concentrating in the last berries the best aromas with the help of the fungus Botrytis.
The late harvest is an approval it is only after two years of elaboration and maturation in the cellar that it can claim approval.
