It can be enjoyed during a sweet / savory dinner aperitif, it also goes very well with exotic dishes, a duck with orange with spicy dishes such as a tagine, a fish with a spicy sauce.
Grape variety
Born from the pink Savagnin grape variety, the production area limits the plantation to five communes in Alsace including Bourgheim. Klevener is a white wine with golden reflections. Its velvety and full-bodied aromas, its particular character give it an original fruitiness.
