This Alsace Crémant derives its originality from the Chardonnay grape variety, which gives a sparkling wine with persistent fine bubbles, a beautiful yellow color with golden reflections, a refined nose, a gourmet mouth with brioche notes, and nuances of dried fruit.

The grape variety
Chardonnay is a white grape from the natural cross of Pinot Noir and Gouais Blanc that used to be found in many vineyards, especially in Burgundy where the village of Chardonnay is located.
