Fresh with light aromas with a brioche side in the mouth. Fine and persistent bubble. Ideal as an aperitif, as a cocktail dinner, or to accompany a whole meal.

Crémant d’Alsace owes its finesse and originality to the Alsace grape variety and the particular dry and sunny climatic conditions. Vinified according to the traditional Champagne method, it differs only in the grape varieties used for its elaboration the family of Pinots (white, Auxerrois) which gives it delicacy and flexibility. After the fermentation in barrel, it is in the bottle itself that the “foaming” will naturally take place, thanks to a second fermentation.
