Tasting comment :
Fresh and rounder with a brioche side in the mouth. Fine and persistent bubble. Ideal as an aperitif, or dessert, but also as a cocktail dinner.
Wine-food pairings :
As an aperitif or to accompany a fresh and fruity dessert, fruit salad, strawberry pie.
Crémant d’Alsace owes its finesse and originality to the Alsace grape variety and the particular dry and sunny climatic conditions. Vinified according to the traditional Champagne method, it differs only in the grape varieties used for its elaboration the family of Pinots (white, Auxerrois) which gives it delicacy and flexibility. After the fermentation in barrel, it is in the bottle itself that the “foaming” will naturally take place, thanks to a second fermentation.
