Tasting comment:
dry and mineral wine with fresh citrus fruitiness lemon type with a beautiful acidic frame that extends in the mouth.
Wine-food pairings:
Ideal to accompany a fish with hollandaise sauce, or grilled fish with its small vegetables and lemon zest.
The older vines produce less grapes and give a more aromatic fruit, with an acidity allowing a good aging and which with the years gives way to a more mineral side.
