On the palate, its delicate fruitiness with discreet Aromas of Pinot Noir and its fine bubbles are pleasant to the palet.
Wine-food pairings:
As an aperitif or to accompany a fresh and fruity dessert, fruit salad, strawberry pie.
Vinified according to the traditional Champagne method, it differs only in the grape varieties used for its elaboration the family of Pinots (here Pinot Noir) which gives it delicacy and flexibility. After a direct pressing that will give it its pink color, but not tannic will follow the fermentation in barrel, it is in the bottle itself that will naturally take place the “foaming”, thanks to a second fermentation.
